When the AC isn't keeping up

Call Total Trades if you're dealing with:

• Warm air coming from the vents.
• Weak airflow or rooms that stay hot.
• A system that keeps turning on and off.
• An AC that runs without reaching the thermostat setting.
• A system that won't turn on.

Tell us what you're noticing and when it started. You don't need to know which part is causing the problem before you call.

Find the problem before deciding on the repair

A cooling problem doesn't automatically mean you need a new system. We look at what's happening with your equipment and explain the practical next step.

If a repair makes sense, we'll tell you. If the system has become unreliable or the repair is difficult to justify, we can also discuss HVAC system replacement. You can compare your options with a clearer picture of the problem.

Tell us about your service request

Call 254-366-4098 or use the request form. Share where the property is, what the AC is doing, and when you need help. Let us know whether it's a home or commercial property so we can discuss the right service for your space.

AC repair questions

Can you repair my AC if it's still running?

Yes. A system can be running and still need attention. Warm air, weak airflow, or trouble reaching the set temperature are all reasons to request service.

Should I repair the AC or replace it?

Start with the diagnosis. The repair needed, the condition of the system, and its repair history help shape that decision. Total Trades handles both repairs and system replacements, so we can talk through either option.

Do you work on business properties?

Yes. We provide residential and commercial HVAC service. Tell us about the property and the cooling problem when you call.
